Despite increased competition from "low-cost providers" and a depressed market, a specialty-contractor finished the year strong, with better margins, higher average job size, and more revenue from more qualified leads. Bungalo developed the marketing strategy and plan. Then worked closely with the management and marketing team to put the plan into action. Eliminating the "wrong" leads allowed the sales team to focus on closing high quality, high margin clients and developing B2B partnerships.
